Please allow yourself ample time from your location to the main meeting spot, the meet up time is at 9AM, Please be sure to gas up before arriving at main meeting spot in San Mateo.

Note:

For those of you that are heading up the caravans. Please post the departure time and the location for you particular area. Please arrive by 9:00am at the main staging area. Carol and Shannon will be collecting monies for the luncheon prior to leaving . . . And as such, please allow enough time for the ladies to do so. If your lunch order is not confirmed by a payment in advance, your lunch order(s) will not be called in. Any delays will only delay the entire group from leaving and add to the confusion at the restaurant. The ladies will be quite busy that morning. So, please help them out by being on time.

Carol and I plan on being at the staging area no later than 8:30am to address the early people.

Yes, the parking lot near the Starbucks/Sweet Tomatoes off of Bernal Road, should be a good meeting point.

However, I won't be making it to this drive, and I'm not sure how many other people from SJ are attending. It might just be Danny.

 

I should say South Bay caravan, need to find some place bit more centralize so ppl from Santa Clara, Sunnvale, and north S/J can join as well...

 

I am working on the details for the Sac caravan. Will try to have them shortly.

 

Depending on what happens that particular morning, we may simply just run down to the first staging area.
