Point is, Fairfield caravan will be same eta as Sac 9-9:30, so will same apply to us Fairfield folk?
To make it easier for Shannon and I, I would prefer the Fairfield caravan to get to Foster City by nine. I made an exception for the SAC group because their group is the furthest group traveling to the meet.

Everyone getting there on time would help Andy & Shane organize the driving groups earlier. It's a lot of work to organize these events. Participants can help by following the organizers plan.

Reminder to everyone, this is the first year we have reserved a private room for lunch. I am anticipating collecting money will be a challenge if people don't get there on time.

Got it Carol and completely understand the magnitude for that task at hand. Just thought since Sac asked for us to wait for them, it would pertain to us as well.
I'll post the 411 with Sac joining Fairfield caravan on the caravan thread.
In a nutshell (Mike -cyberecho79- if your read this here) Fairfield will be leaving at caravan posted departure time. 7:45 no later than 8am as originally planned

No cheese on the Angus burger. Clam chowder is the soup.

I've added the following orders to the list:

Mike (cyberecho79)
Shannon (JDM cupcake)
Giacomo (sfgr415)
Wes (Wezbian)

Carol, can you please put me down for a Texas burger with soup.

I'm put down for +1 for the drive but not sure if my +1 is coming or not. No worries though, if it comes down to it, I can split my lunch

Thank you for all your hard work!
