Santa Cruz run 4/12/08 - Place your lunch orders here
Those of you that are joining the group for lunch after the Santa Cruz run, post your lunch orders here by Wednesday, April 9, 2008. This will give me enough time to consolidate all the information. Shannon and I will collect your payment at 9:00 am in Foster City. This year we have a large group, please be on time to allow Shannon and I enough time to receive everyone’s payment prior to leaving for the run.
Color coordinated cards associated with your meal will be given to you when payment is made. The cards will help the waitress/waiter serve everyone’s meal in a somewhat orderly fashion.
Lunch orders WILL NOT be taken in Foster City, Shannon and I will be too busy. All lunch orders will be placed with the restaurant prior to our arrival into Santa Cruz.
Here are your choices:
All items include a non-alcoholic beverage. Tax and gratuity are included in the cost, as well.
These five items will cost $14.00 each. (If you want to add soup (Clam Chowder) OR house salad to your meal, the total cost is $18.00)
Bangers & Mash – Irish sausages, garlic mashed potatoes, Guinness gravy, vegetables & spicy mustard
Fish ‘N' Chips – True Alaskan cod in Rosie’s light beer batter with spicy slaw, tartar sauce.
Shepherds Pie – Ground natural Angus beef simmered with mushrooms, onions, carrots, peas & herbs
Rosie's Natural Angus Burger – ½ pound fresh ground chuck, seeded bun, mayonnaise served with French fries, tomato, pickle, onion and lettuce on the side.
Texas Burger – Natural Angus burger with BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, & bacon, topped with an onion ring. French fries, tomato, pickle, onion and lettuce on the side.
These two items will cost $20.00 each (If you want to add soup (Clam Chowder) OR house salad to your meal, the total cost is $24.00)
Fettuccini with sautéed prawns – Roasted peppers, mushrooms, pancetta in a Chardonnay, thyme cream sauce
Blackened Salmon – With basmati rice & vegetables
BRING EXACT CASH FOR YOUR PAYMENT! WE WILL NOT HAVE CHANGE FOR EVERYONE!
KEEP THE LUNCH ORDERS COMING! Wednesday is the deadline. If you do not place your order by then, it will be assumed that you will NOT have lunch with the group.

wait is this the same place we had lunch/drink on the dry run day? if so i might want to try fish n chips.
I tried the Angus burger last time and it was no big surprise. Just a big burger with big buns. Not the burger I expected for 14 bucks.
