I'm coasting on the downhill part of the SC run. I don't care if I have no power brakes or steering.

You'll have both if you put it in neutral

I'll be drafting behind you. Better yet, Rudy . . . I'm going to attach a tow line behind you car and hook it up to mine.

I'll be wasting fuel even at 1000 rpm.

That would be funny, a row of Gs coming down the hill tied together as quiet as Shane's Prius!

I filled up at Shell here in Sac at 3.939 last nightfor 91. I have the Shell Mastercard and get 5% back though, that is $0.20 per gallon!! At least it's something.

I can see the Shell gas station from my office window here in Walnut Creek and suprisingly it's still $3.99 for 91. It's been like that since yesterday (Wednesday). I put money on it that it's going to be over $4/gallon starting tomorrow.

$4.27 on the corner of Fell and Masonic in SF. I was on the Warning light from Oakland into the city. I got desperate. Ridiculous.

Oh geez, that's insane. However, that price will be very common, soon.

Kawasaki ninja gets me 154 miles per tank, costs me about 14 bucks to fill her up, I dont wait in traffic. Downside is trying to dodge all you people in cages trying to kill me. BTW I think Costco has the cheapest gas around, but you have to be a member and that is 50 bucks right there.
