I paid $4.04 for gas this morning!

And it's only going to get higher

I have never paid so much for gas in my life. I need to find a job closer to home, 30 miles each way just doesn't seem worth it anymore.

Its 4.01 this afternoon in Walnut Creek. Funny it was only 3.99 this morning. Same gas in the ground as this morning.

I used to think like that too, but let's just say that 87 is $.20 cheaper than 91 and say you pump 10 gallons. That's only $2 you're saving. I would rather pay the $2 than to take the chance of my engine pinging. But that's just me though.

Give or take a few cents, but you're on the right track.

If you can't afford the extra few bucks (seriously, no more than $5), then you shouldn't be driving a G.

Its almost liek you should get gas on a daily basis because everyday it goes up so if you wait a week to get gas you are going to pay even more to do one big fill up. Even if gas hits $5 a gallon im not trading my G for a hybrid.... Cant do it. I LOVE HER

Another thing that I don't understand is that my wife goes out of her way to another gas station to pump gas in her car to save $.04, I explained to her that it's not even worth it yet she still continues to do it. Where's the logic in that? LOL.

I just filled up on Thursday for $3.53, only half a tank used. Its not really hurting me...even though I would prefer $1.00 gas like 5 years ago...
