Hi Guys,

Thank you so much for the PMs.

Unfortunately, the homeowner/landlord knows about all of the going-ons.... but for some reason, these trash haven't been removed from the premise.

It's funny that whenever I mention that I live in Fremont and Fremont PD, people just roll their eyes and say, "that police department is a joke" type of a comment. There is 1 police officer (San Jose PD) who lives in the neighborhood and he can't even do much because Fremont PD are weak. He said if this is happening in other cities and counties, these people would've been gone a long time ago. Needless to say that Fremont's no longer the nice city to live in. The trash are all coming in and since law enforcement is so lenient in this town, they seem to flock over here because for that reason. Once the market goes back up, most of us will move away and let the trash take over the city.

I can't go too much into detail because this is a public board. I don't want to jeopardize my case. I just want to take the garbages out. Period. I could care less where they end up. Thank you for reading my rant. I'm just so fed up. I got 2 hours sleep last night and it's been that way 90% of the time since February.
.

Thats what my uncle says. He has been living in Fremont since the mid-80's and he said that in the past few years, it sucks. He was considering moving as well but for one reason or another, he is still in Fremont.

Sue The Owner

Hey,
Sorry for the problems your having. My 2 cents ..Once you or your legal council have contacted the owner.. you will start a paper trail. If the owner does not fix the problem promptly i would imagine you would have a great case to sue the owner for your troubles. It is effecting your quality of life, causing you harm. I am sure your lawyer will/could put in his letter that you will take legal action if it is not corrected quickly. i hope that you can get some results soon! Good luck... you can always sick Shane on them!!!
