G peeps, I need some help

As you guys probably already know... I am living with the neighbors from hell. I am seeking my own legal counseling and I would like to find one who'll be confidential and good. I can't go into details, but it pertains to my neighbors who are noisy. Just last night, I called the cops three times. This is after us as a neigborhood called the cops on them 21 times in the month of February and another 17 times in the month of March. We're only on the 10th day of April and the cops have been called on them 5 times already. There's drug activity and DUI, but nothing's being done to these trash.

Because of lack of sleep, my work quality is suffering. I'm starting to get depressed because I'm so exhausted. When I go to my house, it's no longer a home. I can't go home and relax any longer. I'm so exhausted, I was driving down Lawrence Expwy on my way to a meeting in another campus and fell asleep behind the wheel at approximately 9:45am and almost hit the concrete divider. The guy behind me honked which woke me up and I was able to steer my car back on the road. I'm afraid that with all the stress in my life, I'm literrally going to have a heart attack. I have so much on my plate right now.

I'm not typing this to ask for sympathy, but merely a referral for a good lawyer. If anybody can refer me to a lawyer in the Bay Area, preferably in the South Bay, I would be grateful. Please pm me with the info.

Thank you so much.

They've been arrested, the whole family. I can't go into details and I refuse to give in to neighborhood terrors.

We are homeowners, they are renters.
We live in Fremont, enough said. Fremont cops are lazy as$es.
Don't move to Fremont. The cops here are a waste of space.

I can't go into details guys... I have a case and I want to make sure I win.
Believe me, there are days when I want to go postal... but I don't want to lower myself to the drain scum that they are...

I wish they'd jump into the Milpitas dump where they belong and save us all the grief.

Any referrals for lawyers would be appreciated.

I would greatly appreciate it Don. I wish I could stoop to their level and terrorize them too... right now, I could.

Much success to you in resolving your noisy neighbor issues, Gerry. Hopefully, someone will be able to recommend good legal counsel.

Honestly, if one of my tenants was behaving in that manner, I would want to know of it. Who knows what might be happening inside of the home. As such, have you attempted to contact the owner of the home? I believe that the County Recorder should have that info available.

Only catch, you must physically go to Recorder office to see info.

Another thought, is there a property management company that manages that rental property? If so and know what company, contact them. They'll know in a heartbeat who owner is and mngmnt co will take steps in the correct legal direction.
Under the circumstances, I think that a visit to the recorder is in order. I would opt for contacting the owner prior to getting an attorney involved.

Edit: The owner has a big interest in this issue. I would not hesitate in attempting to reach them.

Owner in the end though, is legally liable for all issues in a court of law.

Anyway Gerry...hope all this info from everyone has helped.
Oh, yes, if she has a management group looking out for her interest, that would be the quickest way.

Me? I'm too cheap, ummm . . . I meant frugal to hire a manager.

the only thing that sucks, is that the owner probably knows they are doing this....

Tenants whom have a disregard for their neighbors will usually have little or no interest in maintaining a rental. So, it is in the owner's best interest to investigate this matter.
