that is a huge compliment....but all pics were taken on a simple canon sd450 point and shoot. you can actually do a lot with a point and shoot.

yeah...it was very relaxing. thanks.
is the place as awesome as it looks in the pics, was there plenty to do? Do you know if starwood luxury resorts is affiliated with starwood hotels, because that would be perfect. Actually i wouldn't want to do anything other then lay around.

it most definitely is and it's free to join the starwood membership so you can rack up points. there are things to do but not as much as hawaii...but that's the beauty of it. you are forced to relax and soak it all in. pretty much everything you need is at the resort....however i do highly recommend the shark feed/ray swim excursion. it's awesome.
Yikes!!

Yeah, Bora Bora is expensive, but well worth it. When my wife and I stayed at Le Taha'a Private Island, it was $1,200 per night!
Luckily the room we had at $600 per night was over booked so they upgraded us to the Private Island set up where they had to helicopter us there.... and they only charged us our original room rates. (^_^)

There's no way in hell I would have considered this place, it's only cuz they messed up on our reservation and my wife caused a big stink with the manager. Just imagine flying 13 hours or so, getting there, and not having your rooms available at all....

Looks like an amazing place but I personally would never spend $1200 a night for room. For $2000 a person I can get a 14 day cruise of Australia and South Pacific.
