Only if they have your face in the picture.

If not then there is no proof that you were driving the car.

Rental company is not gonna pay a ticket for a car that you rented and ran the red light on.

So all it takes is your appearance in court and statement that "It wasn't me"

from what ive been told if its not you driving and u dont turn the driver in, it goes back to the registered owner since you gave that person permission to drive the car or something like that, i dono havnt ran into that situation yet. but if ur license plate has dirt/mud on it and the plate isnt 100% visible, they wont give u a ticket :P

I did.

and case was thrown out of the court.

I'm not responsible for an adult.

and system got no way of showing me who was driving my car.

It's not my fault cuz it wasn't me. They cant ticket the car. And they don't k now who was in the car.

The mistake most ppl make is go to court trying to come up with excuse to why they ran the light.

But what you really should be doing is saying that it wasn't you that was in the car.

It's only a shot of the rear and your plate here in WA.

Yep! My citation included color pictures of the front of my car, driver closeup, and license plate closeup. They also included a link to a web site operated by the contractor that stores streaming video of your violation.
