4yrs or 60k miles. Just like wiper blades, the rubber belts can oxidize, causing the rubber material to dry rot.

I'm not sure, but mine were all cracked at some 42,xxx miles/3 years of use.

Like I said before, it's fine if they're cracked. If you have other symptoms (like noise, glazing, threads coming loose), then I would replace.

I would take belts too, but I already bought my set from Peninsula Infiniti a few months back - they're waiting to be installed, and the belt tension gauge I bought is waiting to be used

whichs belts do u need kris? ill call my hook up at nissan and see what he can get me the belts for :-)

Hmmm. drive belts are recommended to be changed at 30K. So I did Rachel's drive belt about 33k, it looked like brand new. I thought it was a waste of my time and money to replace the old belt prematurely.

I bought mine from Riverside Infiniti for something like $35 for both. They've been waiting for me to install them. I'm going to get to it this weekend.

I need to replace my AC belt.. i see some wear and cracks starting to show.
