funny you ask, someone posted a thread asking the "favorite products" for detailing on MYG37.com. below is what i posted. these are favorites, i've got others that work for different situations... you know how it is.

Car Soap: Optimum No-Rinse

Claybar: Meguires

Polish (light cutting): Meguires #9

Polish (medium cutting): Poorboys SSR1/2

Polish (heavy cutting): 3M Rubbing Compound

Glaze: Don't use

Sealant: Zaino Z2/Z5 or Four Star Ultimate Paint Protection

Wax: Don't use

Tire Dressing: Zaino Z-16 Perfect Tire Gloss

Wheel Sealant: Zaino Z2/Z5 or Four Star Ultimate Paint Protection

Interior Protectant: 303 Aerospace Protectant

Quick Detailer: Meguires

Yea i have my own little assortment of goodies when it comes to detailing. Do you use Oribital or rotary to make corrections?

Porter Cable 7424. I don't trust myself with a true orbital... I WOULD burn something...

^^^ Coolio... i use the same. I use CGs pro and final polish and also Menzerna SIP and PO106ff for polising, Z2/Z5 for sealant and for a very nice wet look, Danase Wet Glaze.

^^ will do, but my clear lens still have not arrived yet, so i won't be putting the headlights back together until after I get them and do the lens swap, color modding.
