Good local Ramen?

I'm out here for a month long business trip and was wondering if you guys had any recommendations for good ramen places? I'll be in San Jo, so places around there would be best but anywhere in the southbay, SF or eastbay would be good too!

if you're going to be in san jose, go down to san jose's japan town this weekend. starts tomorrow (saturday) VERY CROWDED IN THE DINNER HOURS, but it's our annual japanese festival. good food, a little pricey but it's fun, and the money goes to the japanese community. if you like beer or sake... fun fun fun. japanese people, ftw~!

Santa Ramen in Sam Mateo is a must if you're going to be in NorCal.
They're fairly close to real Japanese ramen you get in Japan. Definitely one of the better Ramen.
