Okay, so I'm stupid. I admit that. I broke my phone (LG Voyager) and got a replacement phone. I forgot to send back the broken phone and now Verizon charged me $410 for the "new" phone (refurb). Is there someone who works at Verizon who can pull some strings so I can return this phone and have the $410 charge removed? Thank you in advance.

That's kinda like admitting to them that I f'ed up in not sending it back... I was hoping someone could just make that $410 charge "disappear" when I give them the broken phone.

Plus, in this little pamphlet that came with the refurb phone, it states in it "To avoid being charged for the replacement device, your defective device must be shipped back to Verizon Wireless within 10 days of receipt of your replacement device." I estimate that I got my phone on June 9th if I remember correctly.

I think so. I was spacing out, listening to Big Bang and thinking of what bulbs I need to buy to match my 8000K HID's and what shoes to buy... I got the bulbs (and they don't match...), but when I got to great mall, all the shoes I kinda liked (at the price I was willing to pay) did not fit me cuz I have big feet. Sucks to be me today. Oh well. At least I still bump my Big Bang.
