Why do businesses decide to randomly water their grass area at noon

Seriously. I was at 24hour Fitness off of Micron in Sacramento. I go there pretty regularly sometime between 11 and 12. I go do my work out, come out to my car, and there are hard water spots all over my hood, windshield, front bumper, and driver side wheel. I have never seen them water their grass area at noon. Not to mention that who the hell waters the lawn at noon. You either do it early morning, or late at night. I wanted to kill someone. Thank god I had a coat of NXT 2.0 that was only a week old. The hood water spots came off after two washes. The windshield and my wheels were another story, I ended up having to clay bar the spots off. I'm beat... /end rant

Sucks man. I feel you though. Where I live, the sprinklers come on around 10 for the plants on the islands in the middle of the streets, and the water overflows all over the streets. Pisses me off, especially after spending hours getting my car clean.

Hello....there's a reason for everything.

It's not the company that makes these decisions, the timers are set by
someone that doesn't speak/read english. He's totally unaware that
watering yards/lawns should be done an hour or so prior to sunrise. This
may also by why our streets/highways are flooded when we're having a
major water shortage. You pay for what you get, pay minimum wages
and here are the results....

That sucks but be glad it's just water.

My neighbor's car had piles of dirt with wood thrown all over his car and they also broke his windshield wipers off.
