Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone in or around the Davis area had a truck I can borrow for like 30 minutes lol. My roomate and I need a TV, and found a good deal on CL on a big a$$ hitachi, but it obviously won't fit in my G or even his FX, and being poor college students, don't wanna drop coin to rent a truck for a day when we need it for 30 minutes just to haul the thing from one side of Davis to our house. If anybody can do it lemme know, I'll buy you lunch or just pay for your gas or something.

sort of... city college FTW. I don't think theres any Davis meets, but I tend to see the same damn G's around... theres a black one with rims and a gray one I tend to see all the time. I just saw a white one today, but it was a sedan so I guess it doesnt count. Good to see another G in cow-town though.

I paid for most of the car myself, and took out a loan to pay the remainder, but I definitely appreciate the assumption that my parents are that damn nice

I don't have a truck but I did live in Davis for 7 years :P In Natomas now since September.

I know that pain of moving crap around in Davis (or anywhere for that matter) without a truck. I don't know if you have any tow hitches but I know you can probably rent a U-haul trailer for like 20 bucks.
