First time shooting with an SLR. How do I bring down the noise in the pics?

Constructive criticism would be appreciated.

Slow your shutter speed down, lowest ISO possible for the amount of lighting (or you can set ISO to auto if you don't know what it should be set at according to the the lighting), and open up your aperture. That's what works for me, anyway. I usually have to take several pictures 'til I have it where I want it. But I have learned mostly everything I know about taking pictures with my DSLR by just ****ing around with it. So hopefully that helps.
Hey you should have brought you twin sedan buddy to shoot with you and not pat
Congratulations, that's really cool and the car looks amazing.
You should take the article into a frame shop and have it matted and framed, then hang it on the wall. I did that with my dog Leo's Hartz ad, it looks really nice and then anyone who hasn't seen the magazine will see it on your wall.

WTF, Mike! Those Droid pics looks great! Love the last turtle shot
Keep up the good work
Deftronix, if you accidentally shoot with High ISO and notice the noise in your pictures, try using the latest Lightroom 3. They do a great job in eliminating those noise
