Thanks! I was using my trusty Tamron 17-50mm 2.8 for the wide shots and the Sigma 70-200mm 2.8 EX DG

hm.... nevermind. Except for the first cake shot, the ones you see were all from my trusty Tamron. LOL!

I guess lighting really helps make the picture.

I see. The shot of the couple with the cake was epic. Super sharp and color just pops! Tamron 17-50 2.8 FTW! I love that lens.

Me too! I can't speak for the second version, but I absolutely love this lens! Very little post work was needed for these shots.

I heard the 2nd version is not as sharp even though it comes with VC. Thats why I got the first version myself. Best valued lens for the money
