Based on the following comments made by the officer, I would file a report against him for harassment as the result of incinuating accusations. To cut accross traffic putting others in harm just to get you for tint was a bad thing. To make such remarks based on age, color, gender etc it outrageous. I hate azzhole cops like that. Its sometimes hard to bite my tongue when certain remarks are made....

fvckit will c what happens ima get the first one and this recent one taken care off this week.. haha yeaa bearly taking care of the 1st one
These cops can suck a d**k. I am so sick and tired of getting pulled over for things like tint when I get azzholes at least 10 times a day driving like **** on the roads, almost causing accidents with me. Those are the people they should get as they pose a danger to others. What the hell danger is my tint and no front plate. NONE! Its all about making their money with some BS. What makes it worse is the young cops that give off such attitude. I feel like telling them the the gun and badge dont make them better than me.

You do know that a doctor's note for window tint doesn't apply, right? A doctor's note only applies to a removable window shade. Two completely different things. Read 26708 of the vehicle code. It spells it out. It may be a difficult read, cause it's long and drawn out section, but all the info you need is in there.

Yep.

Thankfully no tickets on my G, but on my Prelude before I had the G I got hassled quite often.
1. I was parked next to my high school. Pulled out, made a right at the intersection, as I am 1/3 of the way down the block I see a cop turn on to the block heading TOWARDS me. He waves me down from the other side of the street and I pull over. Tells me I didn't stop at the stop sign b4 I turned (HOW THE FVCK DID HE SEE THAT FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BLOCK?) asks who's car it is, I tell him it's my dad's cuz his name is on the reg. He then starts to tell me, I bet this uhhhh Honda ( my car was shaved and he couldn't figure out what it was lol) is quick on turns, you took it at like 45 huh? And keeps persisting to hassle me about my age and that I'm driving a sports car. Ends up giving me a moving violation that I should have fought.
2. Got pulled over for one of my HIDs being out 3 times in 2 days on the prelude. Showed them my first fix it ticket, and they let me go, no issues.
3. Worst was when I got hassled by a cop for "speeding" and "wreckless driving" even though I was the only one on the block and went from red light to red light. He told me that he chased me at 75 mph to catch up and saw me zooming between cars through traffic, at 10 p.m. on a Tuesday!!! Told me he could tow my car for that many violations, and when I finally got fed up and started talking back to him asking where he was parked, how he saw me, and how he figures I can do that when there are NO cars around in 1 block distance with a FULLLL car he gave me a ticket for making a right turn on a red without stopping completely, even though he was nowhere around when I made my turn. Contested the ticket and the azzhole didn't show up to court.
I don't want to bash on all cops, I've encountered very cool cops b4, but some feel that if you're young and/or driving a nice car, they have to assert their power and authority to keep you in check or something. Just my 2 cents!

The last time was a few months back to a CHP in Redwood City. He told me that he had heard that eye sensitive excuse many times by people but I was the first one who actually had a written note. He THANKED me for having it.
