While $99 Meguiar's Detail Special is no longer posted on our site Specials tab, we will honor the coupon price for G35driver.com members though Feb 28th. Simply mention it when making your appointment and we will adjust the price accordingly. Thanks!

Hi John, I trust that everything is going well with you and the family.

You know me John. I am a very patient and fair person. I do not rush to judgment. Unfortunate and inadvertent things happen all the time through no one's fault.

I made a service appointment with Beshoff Infiniti, this morning . . . And I must say, I was well received by Anthony Wells, the service manager. There was no hard selling, in a manner of speaking. He was quite professional and pleasant. He understood my issues and made some suggestions.

As I have stated previously in the past . . . It's a business and at times, I think we set our expectations too high and they are unrealistic. Thus, we set ourselves up for disappointment.

I will be making a bit of a drive to Beshoff. However, if my hunch is right, the drive will be offset by great customer service. I place a high value on the said. I'll let you know.

Ironically if I had not mentioned this occurrence publicly, it wouldn't have been noticed by Brian.
With our very recent private communications, a system glitch was discovered that currently is being fixed stat.

In retrospect at that members expense, it has helped Beshoff and 'our community' as a whole for the future.

There's always 'good' in everything. Glad I piped in.

Hope all is better with you and family.
We're...okay. Thanx for asking.

Great, well done, John.

It's good to read that a system's glitch has been identified and is being addressed. I trust that the issue is remedied in short time.

Have a good weekend. Say "Hello" to Pam for me, please.

Ok, so can I just say that Brian and the staff (Anthony, Bernardo, Dru & co.) @ Beshoff Infiniti rock?!!!

I dropped my car off this morning to get the $99 Meguiar's Detail Special. And was immediately greeted by Bernardo. He led me to Anthony (whom I had spoken to on the phone), and he set me up with a loaner & my $60 GC for La Fondue Restaurant. Anthony also swiftly helped me track down and install a small OEM part that I needed.

When I picked up my car, I was very pleased. They did a fantastic job on the detail. My paint felt silky smooth and the car just sparkled (why, oh why, did I drive it to the meet when I knew it was gonna rain?!?!? )! The crew even did a fantastic job at making my interior look brand new, again!

Just before I was about to leave, I had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Brian. Talk about one cool guy. Brian was kind enough to take time out of his schedule to take me on an extended tour of the dealership, including the Service Bay (more like, service hangar, this place was huge!), Stock Room, Parts Showroom & Customer Lounge, all of which were immaculate. Brian was also very enthusiastic in expressing his desire to forge a positive relationship with the tuner/enthusiast community. Poor guy, I probably talked his ear off for at least a half hour, if not longer! Oh, yeah, did I mention Brian also came out to Pho meet? How cool is that?

I know some may say, "Well, Rob, you only got a detail from them," but I was very impressed with the staff and service at Beshoff Infiniti, and would highly recommend them to anyone on or off this forum. It's a relief to know that should I have run into any issues or just need basic maintenence service that I can take my car to a reputable dealership that won't turn me away because of the modifications done to my car. I will definitely take my G to Beshoff Infiniti for any future needs.

Though i was only picking up a couple parts at Beshoff, i had nothing else to say but really excellent customer service. When i pulled up to the facility, I was greeted by a salesperson Javier, who showed me where the parts dept was. From there on, Peter was the one helping me with the parts i ordered and also gave me a tour of the shop. Afterward i was assisted by a pretty cute looking receptionist who rang me up for the parts i ordered. Overall this has to be one of the best dealerships i have gone to in a while.

I'm going to ask Anthony to put me down for this detail special when I come in this coming Saturday. Rob had nothing but good things to say about this particular service.
