I was in the SoCal section and they are having one, And thought that it would be cool if we had one here anyone intrested? If so where would be a mid point for SF/OAK/SB ppl willing to meet? If we can decided on a location where the cars are in front of AMC or Centery Ill try and reserve spots for us.

Im thinking: Union City. there is a a lot of spots to eat around there so we can show up and eat before movie starts and meet ppl that have not come out to any meets yet.

When the first one came out the cops were waiting in the parking lot when everyone rolled in. My bro left his 'Teg' at home but they ticketed his girlfriend's Nissan for clear corners. It was like shooting fish in a barrel. This was at Century in Union City, btw.

I suggest if you do this that you guys don't bring your Gs. You know, just in case. Remember they did the same at the parking lot at HIN.

Union city and ESPECIALLY Fremont have some big-time@$$holes for cops.. they ticket you for anything and EVERYTHING. My buddy got pulled over just for driving a honda with a CF hood , they made him pop the hood and all.. found nothing and had to let him go though.

 

Going to see it on the opening night might not work out well, its releasing on third of April, day before the HIN, so many of your cars will be checked in that night already. What you could do is set it up for the following weekend, do it during the day time on late morning or early afternoon hours to avoid crowds and possible popo issues.

Few of us went to see FF3 after the Monterey drive at Mercado couple year back.
