That might be me, but I haven't parked in parking structure II for the last few weeks, because I'm too low to get in at the moment. haha.

 

nah you would know if its you. this guy is always in the same spot every time. i think there was a white sticker with some kind of Chinese witting or something in his rear window last time i saw it. idk lol
