Reno will turn you down, they are really picky.. if you want to go gamble, there's Jackson Rancheria 18+ out by Stockton.
Besides, SF has more things to do vs Reno.. Reno/Vegas for 21 would be better

 

i went to reno for my 20th bday. IT SUCKED! nothing to do being underage -_-

 

vegas all the waay! gambel, clubs stripers galore! haha i just went last weekend.. im 18 and got in a few clubs with my fake .. Taho is a big one out there they play house music, Esex in the Encore hotel is new and theres a few more.. there's also a nice one up on top of the palms..

Ive only been to 3 out there, New century, crazy horse, and Golds club, i near oferals has Really hot girls as well as centerfolds, New century has some really pretty girls to but also sum not so pretty :X.. crazy horse is kinda meh its like a movie theater only 2-3 hot ones rest are bleh stay away, lol.. and golds screw that place they suck haha...
