Lucas,

Check out AJ Auto Detailing. They're located on the corner of Coleman & Taylor in Downtown San Jose. A hand wash will cost you $25, but they do a fantastic job. And this place is used to washing/detailing super cars (Lamborghinis/Ferarris/Porsches), so you can be sure that'll they take good care of your car.

actually after trying out many bucket washes bla bla bla.. I came to realize that Beshoff $20 hand car wash is

1) cheapest, compared to average $30, example at Country car wash

2) no pressure washers

3) no railings

4) no queue, wait time

and it actually turns out a lot better than the other bucket washes I've tried. definitely recommend if ure too lazy to wash it urself.

The main concern with hand car washes is when they dry:
-Do they wash/dry in the sun? cuz you know we all hate those water marks
-What kind of towels they use? They shouldnt be using any "raggity" greasy old towel.

I've never tried this place, but its a Beacon Gas Station on Capital and Snell. Looks liek they do hand washes and always have long lines during the summer... I just never brought my car there, not even my DD...

I've never tried this place, and it might be just a as Station on Capital and Snell. Looks liek they do hand washes too... I just never brought my car there, not even my DD...

Carwash in Sunnyvale on el camino and saratoga/sunnyvale rd does it for cheap alll hand wash and they dry it with microfiber rags. I went with my cuzzin last week and he got one there.

I also agree with Rob. My uncle would allways take his show cars there.

BUT me personally i wash my car like mel said, with my two own hands . Almost every weekend if it's sunny. Iv'e owned my car for almost a year and its only been thru 1 carwash rail system. That was due to a emergency that some fvckin idiot vandalized my car paint overnight

it's done under shade, "indoors". I've had good experience so far, it turns out much better than the other bucket washes I've tried.

I hand wash my car every Friday but recently have been really caught up with school and work so I slack off a bit and take it to the car washes. My car is swirl city now anyways, gotta do a full detail next month. Then take care of it again myself
