remove a vehicle

...(h) (1) When an officer arrests a person driving or in control of
a vehicle for an alleged offense and the officer is, by this code or
other law, required or permitted to take, and does take, the person
into custody.

The Hundreds: For proof of correction (that your exhaust is stock & within acceptable dB levels) you may need to contact your local state referee and schedule an appointment (unless there are other places where the dB level can be verified that I don't know about)

you have to sign the ticket either way....
if im not mistakin....and someone correct me if im wrong.....
if you dont sign the ticket, the cop can arrest you
