I have 15mm on the front and 25mm on the rear. I love how it looks but I can still go out some. I want to try 20 and 30.

25mm or 30mm all around. It all depends on how low you are.
It won't rub but the negative camber sinks the top of the wheel into the wheelwell.

Any issues if i take a quick turn and there was a bump or something. Any rubbing in the tires? currently my tire are about .5 inch from the fender( not sure what you call it...top panel on top of your tires) Any rubbing issue if i use spacers then?

There shouldn't be any rubbing issues.
Maybe with 30mm cause the top of the tire would possibly be perfectly flush with the fender.
It all depends on the neg camber of your wheels.
You can check out pics of my ride in "My Garage". Click on view more pics to see a side view.
I'm dropped on HTechs but haven't gotten allignment yet.
That shouldn't affect the camber all that much though.
In the pic I'm on 20mm F 25mm rear, but looking to do 25 all around.
