Troy, thats the exact violation I got last time for my clear corners. 26101 CVC is NOT correctable even though the officer checked the correctable-yes box. The court will make it non-correctable once you are trying to pay for the fine, or at least thats what happened to me.

 

Well, If I hastle to get a cop to sign off and waste my time in court, they better make it correctable. What court did you go to Matt? The cop even told me to fix it and take it to a police station to have it signed off.

 

I had to go to Fremont court and found that its impossible to get appointment due to the waiting list and if you do drop in you have to line up really early in the morning. So, I ended up doing the whole thing by mail. PM me if you want details...
