i have taken so many rims and tires to larrys in hayward.. they have a machine where they do it upside down so the lip on the rim doesnt get scratched.

I go about weekly to Skip's Tire and Auto on Blossom Hill near Almaden. It's the only place I've found so far that has the equipment and techs to no mess up my wheels. Cost is 1$/inch plus balance. Ask that Modesto be your tech.

Assuming your tire blows out on you while driving but if you flip them that now slick side will be onn the outside of the tire.. the side that barley touches so no worries. Just over cautious. To each their own. And the ''couple'' bucks your saving is 740 to 940 depending on the new tires you get. Or if you're just doing the rears 240 to 440.. to me that's a big couple.. flippin is worth it.

slicks on the outer walls. as long as u dont drive hard you are fine. but if i woulnt push flipped tires.
