Wow the Elk Grove dealership sure has changed..... When I was there in 03 getting my first G35, they wouldn't even talk numbers with me unless I agreed to give a downpayment. They were very rude (the initial sales guy and his "manager"). I haven't been back there since and bought both my 03 G35 and my 08 G37 in Roseville. I'd visit Elk Grove now just to see how it is; and it looks good from the comments I've read here.

But then there's Roseville.... while I did end up buying both of my G's there they do have a certain undeserved attitude about them. The service advisors look down on me (like one guy here said, probably because of age; mid 20's). When I was buying my G37 the finance guy basically told me I'm too young to buy a G37. And he straight up lied to me by saying that I don't qualify to get a loaner vehicle if I have some major maintenance that needs to be done; he said I had to pay for that right (bull****! i've never had a problem getting a loaner at that dealer). I wanted to stab him with the pen I used to sign my paperwork. They don't really go out of their way to help you, but they sure do love plugging the surveys. I don't dread going to Roseville, they're not so bad if you're just there to get some standard maintenance. But don't expect them to treat you like anything but just another customer (and not in a good way). Also their complimentary car wash SUCKS.

Thanks for chiming in, I appreciate the feedback. It is a little farther away, but it sounds like it is worth it.

Do they give you a loaner vehicle?
Myo, my brother in law Kush works at Elk Grove. They will take good care of you. I bought my car from Elk Grove and I always go to them (even though I live in East Bay) coz i know I will be taken care for :-)

Hey thanks for asking this question.

I've been wondering past few days where I should take my G35 to for oil change but it looks like Elk Grove is my definite place.

I bought mine at Roseville this past Sept, got a decent deal on it but not a single person there really gave me the good buying experience. Doubt I wanna drive the extra miles from Natomas. EG is closer to me, even from work.

Elk Grove here i come!

Nice, that's what I need. I need to go in to the city this weekend (SF) and I would rather take their car than mine. That city is brutal on a car! haha

Ok, Dan it is for the Roseville hookup.

Oh man F**k that! I will not take any of that bull **** attitude about what some azzmonkey thinks I do and do not deserve or what I can and cannot afford. That would make me want to stick a pen in his neck too. haha

Nice man, well I will definitely be choosing EG over Roseville, but unfortunately there is some warranty repair that has to be done and Roseville already has my part. They will do the first service and repair work and then I will take her to Elk Grove for the Kush care! :-P

Thanks again everyone for your help.

I worked with Dan Chastain and he was a really nice guy. They completed the warranty work, changed my oil, and checked fluids. The warranty work, which was the replacement of the passenger side, lower window molding seems to have gone just fine. There was some overspray on the car, from another project in the shop (I am assuming, since mine didn't require paint) that came right off.

They gave me a loaner. 2009 G37 Sedan with 415 miles on it. That new 7 speed tranny is amazing! By far the best automatic I have ever driven! :-)
