If you had to choose between the Elk Grove and Sacramento dealership

between the Elk Grove dealership and the Sacramento dealership which would you choose?

I have to take the G for her first oil change and check up.

What were you experiences like at either dealership?

Thanks

definitely Elk Grove... they are mod friendly, and have better service in general, imo

Elk Grove without a doubt.

Sacramento (Roseville) dealership is very "by-the-book" and snooty. I find them like old people... "why would you modify a perfectly good car?"

Elk Grove dealership (where I bought my car) is awesome when it comes to mods. The service manager will come out and oogle over my car when I'm in there. Everyone there just plain kicks a.ss

Until a short time ago I would say Elk Grove. But I have had a couple good experiences at Roseville recently (like 6 months ago) but only with 1 service writer. There are a couple people there that look down because they likely think I am too young to own an Infiniti. I think they are just jealous. Their parts manager is a cool guy too. If you do go, make your appointment with Dan Chastain, unless he got pulled away somewhere else.

elk grove... why? because it's less than 3 miles from my apartment. and yeah, they did a good clean job on the valvecover/spark plug seal warranty work with no hassles.
they did not say a pipsqueak about the motordyne spacer i had put in.

I bought my car at Roseville, so had been going to them. Hated every minute of it. I knew way more about the car than they did, even from the beginning. That is just obnoxious to me.

I just brought my car to Elk Grove this week for the first time, and it was a great experience. Very nice, knowledgeable, and took care of my car well.

I was not expecting such an overwhelming response!

ELK GROVE is the clear winner here!

Thanks for chiming in, I appreciate the feedback. It is a little farther away, but it sounds like it is worth it.

Do they give you a loaner vehicle?

I never had a problem getting one, just request for a loaner when you make your appointment. They have free wifi, beverages, and satelite tv to occupy you if you are just going in for a routine oil change...

service advisor asked if i needed a ride home or would a loaner be fine. I took the loaner, an 08 g35s sedan. i was told to refill to same fuel mark when returning... spent 10 dollars on fuel. not bad.

+1 for Dan, he's a good dude. I've tried both, and haven't noticed any issues, then again I am not picky, just want it done quickly so I can get back to my life. Elk Grove is a longer crappier drive for me so I just take it to Roseville.
