DIRECTIONS
Those of you coming from SJ (traveling 101 NB) has it very easy!
you take Kehoe exit, go to the 1st stop sign and make a right. then make a left on the first street (immediately after the stop sign)
Those of you coming from SF (traveling 101 SB), you will have to take the 3rd avenue exit (EAST) and make a right at the stop lights (onto norfolk)
follow norfolk for bout 1/2 mile and make a left onto Church (it's a few stop signs down.. Kehoe is the street right before church)
You can not miss my house.. it's almost at the end of the block.. look for a dark green expedition, a honda sedan and a G35.
House directly across the street from me is blue double decker.

I have some booze in the fridge and various other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Anyone's welcomed to bring whatever they want for drinks or food
There's a grocery store a few blocks away on Norfolk near 3rd avenue (Key Market) as well as a Smart and Final on Norfolk before Fashion Island Blvd.
we can pick up food to BBQ or more drinks if it's decided.
Heads up: The police out here are pretty cool for the most part. As long as you do not do anything stupid or immature, you should not be hassled or bother.
I HIGHLY discourage and will not tolerate any of the following: burning out, blasting your sound system ridiculously loud, any kind of racing or exhibition of speed (including but not limited to high revving/red-lining or gunning your engine, excessive speeds on residential streets, etc...)
There are kids that play on the streets, so keep your eyes open.
