LOL In my original post, guess what was the place I was dissatisfied with? Yes, Auto Spa. I PM'ed Hemant and he said there's nothing he can do about the oxidated spot on the hood (according to him, the oxidation would probably need to be wet-sanded) so I'm not faulting Auto Spa for that, like I originally posted. But they did miss several relatively large spots with their buffer and did leave white overspray on the rubber trim.

Sorry it didn't work out for you there. I had a feeling you were referring to either the Auto Spa or the Detail Factory.
