I guess they must be low on funds, cuz it's all outdoors, unlike last year's show.

That's probably why they are turning down cars cuz they want the "hardcore" modded cars to show off... but that sucks if they don't refund people their cash if they already paid... or for those who traveled a long distance to show. Wow.

(But don't take it from me, that's just my guess)
