if anyone is interested, I am in need of 2-3 pharmacy technicians. Starting rate with PTCB certification is around $17.40.

to get the pharmacy tech certification, all you have to do is take the PTCB test. It's offered like every other month. People go to school to prep for this test, but it's not really needed. There are several schools around that have pharmacy tech classes, it ranges from a year to two years to complete i believe. I'm a store manager and is a requirement for us to be PTCB certified. All I did was study at home and went and took the test.

There will always be a large demand for pharmacy related fields due to the increase in the baby boomer generation starting to retire. If you need more info, feel free to PM me.
