Who in the Bay Area has a SC?

Just wondering how many of you guys out here have a Vortech? I know kris79 has one or is in the process of installing one, but anyone else? Also what is your setup and experience so far with it? I'm getting one installed next month or so and wanted to get some feedback from locals, thanks.

I have the Vortech V3 tuner kit on my 05 Sedan. No major problems here. The only real problems I had were because the kit was designed for a coupe.

^ I was just gonna ask that. What compression ratio are you running on the BC stroker kit. Also are you using the SS box or are you doing something else? Thanks.

Thanks for the feedback, since you went with a Tuner kit, what kind of tune did you get? I'm thinking of going Osiris since i've had pretty good luck with it on my NA setup. Thanks.

Yeah Tu would be another good person to talk to about Vortech‘s kit, he worked closely with them in development of their Revup version.

Hey Kris.,

You shouldn't have to worry to much about that special shot sitting in the car. just remember the kit can handle up to 1200hp..I would like to dyno my ride in Sac with some c-16 to see what kind of numbers I can crank out..my numbers are with 91-92 octane
