dent removal

Anyone know a good place in south bay that can remove this dent? How much does dent removal run? Didn't there use to be a g35driver dent removal meet?

Hey pchillen. I was actually talking with Kris79 about setting another one of the Norcal BBQ/Paintless dent removal meets. It probably won't happen for another month or so though.

The person that has always provided us his excellent services has been Chris Jacobs (http://diablodents.com/). He does outstanding work and knows the G very well.

That is a tough spot though...right on the curve. Give him a call and mention you are a member on here and recommended by Chris Leiva.

Good luck

Yea if you guys set up a meet, I can wait till then. I just see it everyday when I walk to my cari since its on the driver side hahah It doesn't look that bad though just that angle I took the pic made it look the worst.

I'm going to give him a call this week and see when he would be available. He might not be able to get it fully out but he can make it look better/less noticable.

Chris Jacobs from Diablo Dents is great. The location of your dent makes it more difficult, however, I am sure he can take care of it.

Sorry this is slightly off topic, but to those who say the dent is in a difficult spot, what is easy vs hard?

I have a ding on the driver's door, would that pose more or less of a problem to get repaired?

Dents are harder to remove when they are located on a "body line". You are not dealing with a flat surface, but rather a crease. So instead of just popping it out, you have to "recreate" the body line. Fender lips are also a bad place to get a dent.

^Let me talk to Chris Jacobs first and see what dates he is available. I will set something up from there. Everytime we've done this meet before, it has always been a big turn out and every person has been satisfied and impressed with Chris's work.

Here's some history to read/look on. Fun times, great service...what more could you ask for
