If you registered for the event (if you were on the list) then they still might have a name placard for you @ Beshoff.
I know Beshoff_Xtine (Christine) was on the boards a few days ago and mentioned that those who didn't pick up their placards at the meet could drop by Beshoff to pick them up

Lollie or Christine at the reception desk Mon-Friday, call them at the store. They are holding the cards

 

Sad that Phoenix is the 5th largest city in the US and we can only dream of a nice local event like this.
