i just recently gotten some suspension/alignment work done at Faxon Garage. Another shop I took my car to to get repaired messed up on just about everything on my car. I only went to this place because it was highly recommended by different people on different forums. Everything on my car had to be re-done at least twice if not 3-5 times and even then the issue's were still not resolved. ( I'm not going to name names, I'll let this shop keep their dignity, or what's left of it.) I was tired of bringing my car back with the same issues so i headed over to Faxon instead. I talked to Wyman and explained the issues I was having with the G. It's cool since he drives a G also, so he's more familiar with the car. Faxon fixed everything and for a fair price too. I even came back to install my python alarm the following week =)

Btw, Kris is right. Faxon and Mach III are two different companies, they just share one facility.

From what I learned, when it comes to modding, there's always a chance of things not going your way. One issue will pop up after another one has just been fixed. It's just one of the many burdens that arise when it comes to modifying your car. You just have to learn to accept that not everything is an easy plug and play, one hit wonder.

Abanito, im sorry to hear that your experience with faxon wasn't the best, hopefully you can come out again and your experience will be a better one this time around.

I went to Faxon garage for my Tein coilover installation, I had no issues with the work but as we were leaving the garage my kids noticed one of the mechanics taking my car for a joyride, he flew up the hill from where the garage is located and came around the block with a smile on his face.

When I paid the bill I told them what they had done and he knocked off a little from the bill but one thing I hate is people who joyride in other peoples car especially before they even installed the coilovers and had no excuse to say they were testing them out.

Paul, I highly doubt the tech taking your car around the block was a joyride. That street is impossible to U-turn on. Maybe he was trying to get your car into the shop??

I wasn't there and I'm not here to swing on Faxon or MachIII's nuts but I wouldn't classify going around the block to be a joyride.

I wish that was the case but I parked my car in their entrance as he said they would drive it into the back so there was no need to do any U-turns, plus when a shop drive anyones car you do not floor it full throttle as was the case with mine. My kids and I just watched my car go up the hill and thought what the hell is he doing that for.

I did approach the tech and all he had to say was, I have never driven a TT before wrong answer.

Now that Kris works there all is good and so are the deals
