Folks, please, from this point on, let's attempt to keep this thread civil. It does no one any good to rehash any opinions. All points have been made and let's leave it at that.

Thanks, I trust that everyone is enjoying their evening.

It has been civil all the time Where do you see a post indicating otherwise?

The topic was about Mach III -- people share their experience and opinions about Mach III in a mature respectful manner. What seems to be the problem problem? If you see something you don't like to see, it does not automatically mean 'rehashing'. If someone posts 100 times how good Mach III is -- would you try to shut them down for 'rehashing'? Would you say 'your point is clear, shut up and go away'? I hope not.

I also trust that everyone is enjoying their evening.

Thank you for your understanding.

This is a large community . . . And at times it is merely held together by thin strands. It kills me to see members go after each other in the ways that I have seen.

I do not doubt for a second that AbInitio did not have a valid point. Unfortunately, at that particular time, MachIII was ill equipped to deal with him in a proper and respectful manner.

As patient as I am, I would have quite upset myself. Perhaps, I would have chosen the very same route, which he did. It's quite understandable and I can also appreciate his concern for others, whom may be treated in the very same manner, as he was. Now, it's a new day and with a new staff and new personnel. If it wasn't, I would not have written them a check for some $2,000.00 of additional work. Wouldn't that be silly?

No problems here, now. It's all been resolved. I have read and reviewed your post link then and now . . . And must sympathized with what you must have gone through. As I simply stated in a previous post, I probably would have followed the very same route, which you did and for good reason(s), as well.

Wow dude, you better listen to Andy and relax.
Like I said -- I just shared my experience=facts. The point of my posting was to inform prospective customers who come to this forum.

What 'friends over there' are you talking about? People who posted things about 'mafia gangster' are not my friends. You should not make crazy accusations -- you are sooo against those. I don't know who posted that. All my posts contain facts in a polite calm manner. I am not responsible for others. Don't confuse things and don't blame me for everything you read on the forum.

And one more time, just for you, because you did not get it: when I see a post where Mach III services are discussed I share my experience as well. Too bad you don't like my experience. Well, I don't like it either. Sharing opinions and experience is what forums are all about. You post your opinions and I will post mine.

Abinitio.. I can understand the frustrations you might have if in fact what you said in the post from the dead (over a year old thread) is true. However, with all due respect, look at what you are writing. You are saying that you have no want/need for resolution, apologies, etc.. What is your point in posting this? I think you're over stepping the boundaries of 'informing' the public and now approaching trash-talking. Just reading through that thread of your's, I notice there are some wild and crazy accusations. Your friends over there better have some proof and concrete evidence for the kind of things they are saying, otherwise it could easily turn into a libel lawsuit.
Accusations that "Mach III steals cars and is run by Asian mafia gangsters and insurance fraud??" WTF are you people smoking ? I got to get some of that!
Show me a police report or some kind of news report stating that those are facts.
obviously, they're NOT. how can you say that your thread contains nothing but facts when it contains a bunch of outlandish libel and slanderous "word of mouths" accusations!

Out of all seriousness bro... I may not always get along with the people at Mach III sometimes..--we have our differences,it happens-- I may not even have used their services either, BUT, out of all the things I've seen and heard about this shop,
I have seen nothing but good reviews and alot of positive feedback not only from the G and Z communities, but other forums as well --what people are posting on your thread is beyond ridiculous and childish.

In the end, you don't have to like them, but have some respect and courtesy. It's obvious by your post that you REFUSE to accept any apologies or amends, that's your choice.
Please refrain from trash-talking and wild allegations unless your able to support it by factual (in other words, HONEST TRUTHFUL) information.
Lastly, I am sorry to hear of your misfortunes if what you say is true and if it was true your post should have been very simple
" Just want to give everyone a heads up. I came to the shop, they did an improper job on an install and had horrible customer service"
the end. Now, I'd highly recommend you to take some deep breaths and relax. The past is the past and nothing is going to change that--especially since you stated you don't want nothing to do with them or even want an apology or resolution.

Thank you!

Now, this is a clear example of what I am speaking of . . . MachIII stepping up to the plate and attempting to right a wrong. You cannot asked for any more than that. It's a new beginning.

Thank you Kris79. I appreciate your offer. I can see things at Mach III must have changed to the better.

While I won't be taking your generous offer, I appreciate it. I will put that old matter at rest and abort my self inflicted mission 'informing potential customers of potential complications'. You seem to be trying to make things right and taking care of the customers. Good for the Infiniti community.

Best of luck to you personally, Mach III and Faxon garage.
