Personally I have had nothing but a good experience from mach iii. They have good customer service and get back to people in a timely manner. If they don't have something they make every attempt tp go out of their way and find it. I appreciate everyones help there. Chris is really takes his time while doing installs never cutting corners.

I have never had an issue with them yet. But not everyone can be happy with everything. Its good that everyone has their own opinions and its good that we can share them here.....good or bad. I feel the most important thing is that people stride to make things better. And I feel that with a new curtious and helpful staff that mach iii will only get better.

I look forward to dealing with kris veronica and chris more often. Thank you guys and gal

Abinitio, I think you should meet up with Kris and at least get a quick tour of Mach III and meet the new staff-- maybe even grab lunch or let him spot you on a mini-meet

wow i wish i knew this earlier..i bought all my stuff from ebay. lol i bought my car during my mid tour leave from iraq after being there for 7 months. alrdy had wheels for it b4 i even bought my car. =] since i came back to iraq for the reminder 8 months ive been racking up parts for the G. well over 25 parts thru some website and ebay. got 2 months left here in country b4 i return back to the bayarea! and then i got a big project waiting for me..so excited..i still wanna buy few stuff...i might swing by the shop for alignment job..i got camber kit..so ima need help with that. cant trust big O lol. do you guys have a website or anything?

 

I'm hitting them up for an alignment hopefully for Tuesday. Gotta call Kris Monday.

Yup...I'm done with 'non'-Pro Shops with my ride. Big O, etc wouldn't know what to do with my current set-up on alignment lol.

Doesn't look that bad. I've seen much much much worse lol, but good to hear update in progress.
