i tried it... ate about 3/4 of it.. took me 2 cigarette breaks and a lot of breaks in btwn the hour... then i felt like **** for a good 4 hours..

 

WHAT EXACTLY IS THIS CHALLENGE? finish the bowl within time limit? and what exactly needs to be eaten?

Dang . . . Tonight, my nephew, Matt, beat the pho challenge. He managed to finish the entire bowl of pho in a record breaking 23 minutes.

It must run in the family. He has now challenged me to do the same. He's only 23 years old. Obviously, I have no intentions to attempt this.
