Which is the Best Infiniti Dealer in the East Bay Area w/ Customer Service.

I just recently moved to the East Bay Area and I was having some problems with the G's clutch pressure. As soon as I called the dealers, the first thing the Service Consultants will mention is about voiding the warranties.

I used to own a 2005 350Z, and I never had any problems with the car, but this Infiniti is such a pain when it comes to warranties and Service Consultants.
With the economy nowadays, I am surprised with the way Infiniti Service Consultants handle their customers.

I took my car to the Z Car Garage in Union City, as recommended by a friend, but Rob said the work needed, which is the throw back bearing, is a under warranty. As soon as I spoke to William of Frontier Infiniti, this guy just threatened me with voiding the warranties.

Can anybody recommend who is their Service Consultant and which Infiniti Dealer he or she works for.

Thanks.

+1

When it comes to dealerships in the Bay Area, Beshoff is the one. They've just replaced my engine and other miscellaneous stuff, all covered by the warranty. Worth the drive to San Jose.

Without clutch pressure, I won't make it to Beshoff.
I hope to meet you soon and thanks for the reply.

Thanks guys. I was just advised by Rob of Z Car Garage that I cannot drive it far, so I still have to go to Frontier Infiniti.

I can't speak for the quality of Beshoff Infiniti, as I haven't been there yet to have my car serviced, but I can say that I have received excellent customer service over at Infiniti of Marin.

Amanda the service manager has been extremely helpful, and even though I didn't purchase my car from them, they did replace my engine due to oil consumption issues, and also installed a JWT aftermarket clutch and flywheel which they confirmed would not affect my warranty.

+1 to Marin as well, the only other good Infiniti dealership around I guess.. I bought my car from there, if I weren't living so far from Marin City, I would be going there.

btw Frontier and Beshoff isn't that far apart.. they are only 9 miles apart. It'll be worth the trip if u can make it there. But I guess if Frontier can do the job as well..

Good luck!

Thanks again guys. If Frontier does not honor the warranty tomorrow, I will drive it to Beshoff and look for Joey and Brian.

I been going to Oakland Infinti lately... Since its so close to home. They have a new staff for service. Steve been taking very good care of me. My driver side window motor went out. And i have a 03 g coupe. Im of out warranty he got the factory to replace for me no charge since i only have 46k on my car. Then last week my Camshaft position sensor went out. And my car didnt fall into the RECALL. Steve hook it up again had the factory take care of it. But like everyone said BESHOFF is your best bet if your car hads mods. Good Luck bro
