Hey everyone, I just got a G35 this weekend! I live in Santa Clara and was wondering if anyone has any good/bad experiences with getting a clear bra installed.

Dealer wanted $900 for the whole thing but I think the local shops could be cheaper. Where should I go? Thanks.

do a search on www.xpel.com. i got mine done by a guy named mariano gamurot. he's an xpel authorized installer. he does mobile services out of san jose. awesome job for around. i got full bumper, hood, front fenders, mirrors, headlights, and door edge for 625 out the door. CLEAN!!

Hmmm, Mariano quoted me $795 vs. your $650. How'd you get it so low? I'm also trying to work a discount for 2 cars....mine & my friend's new RX-8.

I want a full frontal kit and maybe the door edges. Do you think it's worth it to get the gas filler and trunk opening?

I could pay cash if I got a discount.

don't do the gas lid but do get the trunk opening. get headlights and mirrors. is he doing it at your place or do you have to bring your car somewhere? you can check my car out to see the quality of his work.

 

Yeah, the gas cap is pointless, I don't have any scratches around that area on my other cars. I can see the trunk being good though.

Mariano is mobile, I'm not sure if I have to wash my car first tho. Another place in Campbell is cheaper though, so I'll have to negotiate w/ them.
