leaving need help

sssoooo i'm leavin in about 2 wks or so and i'm driving my G cross country back to home in MASS. i'm having a problem with the way my car is starting or should i say not starting. it wants to turn over but takes about 15 secs before it will kick on. i get power to everything just doesn't start. when i does my check eng light and slip and vdc lights go on. i've changed the batt thinkin that was the problem but didn't fix it. can anyone help? or atleast i can possibly drive to some where, where its not too expensive and not to far away. i mean i am trying to save money for the drive. anything will help though.

Those dash lights sometimes means brake fluid low in reservoir, but the hard starting may be something else. Crank position sensor possibly going See if you can find someone to pull the fault code(s) and that will point you in the correct direction what's wrong.

If you live in Solano County, hit me up with a PM. I have Cipher and can retrieve those DTC's for you.

Hey bro it's Manny! Have you tried to disconnect the battery for a couple of hours? The other thing I can think of is spark plugs? How old are they? Did you check the fuel pump to see it there is power?
