Nothing is wrong with them but they appear to be more sensitive to heat than the previous versions were. I think Steve probably has the right procedure though....longer time in the oven at a lower temp

I am sure Steve and Papa are up to the task. If they cant do it talk to Ucla Bruin on myg37 or talk to http://www.lightwurkz.com/ and i am sure they can do painting for you.

Thanks Ernie..I missed that post. I haven't done a set of G37s yet....Steve might have though. Can't be much different

i got a 2004 coupe..but got the projector headlights on...thanks for all ur info..i PM the two u guys recommend..n i called light wurks..but they r kinda $$$..

Might want to PM Weiboy718 (Eric) He has had his G37 headlights open more than a Hkers legs. He may be able to help you out.

I didnt have any issues with the paint on mine and we followed your guide Chris.The paint did cure for a few days before baking again so maybe that had something to do with it.
