i think that vallejo area would be better as far as modified car friendly. cops towards petaluma and ESPECIALLY in napa are soo picky with cars and mods including exhaust, window tint, no front plates, lights colors, car groups, etc...

i used to live in napa for a few years and ive never gotten soo many stupid tickets before like there. i guess there is just not much for a cop to do in napa so they try to get creative......just my two cents.

 

vallejo definatly will not trip about a modded car. so i have to agree. my windows are solid black. and my car is loud as hell
