Rim repair shop

Are there any good rim repair shops around?
I turned a bit to sharply in a parking lot and my rear rim scraped quite badly
the scrapes are not that deep but they are over half the rim
It needs to cost less then $100 because that now much a new rim costs.....

Over half of the rim? itll definitely cost you more than 1 bill... just didnt want to get your hopes up.

I know of a place, but wouldnt recommend them since i dont want to go there anymore either.

damn if it costs more then 100 ill just go and pick up a new rim from the shop where i got them originaly
its like 100 per rim and he will remount the tire for 20 bucks......and i get to keep a spare rim

Fixed cost is around 125 for fixing a rim. That is what Rite way wheel charged me.

$100 for a new wheel!?!?!?! you might as well just do that. cuz a good shop is gunna charge waaay more. However, Rite-Way Wheel in Walnut Creek is one of the best shops out there if you live in the east bay. I rashed about 50% of my lip on my painted monoblock forged wheels and they only charged me 100$ + mounting / Balancing fee per wheel. here are pics of my damage before and after

ya im going to try this method first and if it fails ill just go for a new rim and put a tire on this rim and keep it as a spare
