Thanks all, no the GT 3 did not sway me lol I was already planning on picking this up before I accepted the Beshoff meet.
I am only planning on rims and lowering the car as it has a few bolt on mods on it already and I had the ecu reflashed. The car is putting down around the same power as the G is (500ish) but is completely smog legal. The car feels faster but maybe the car weighs less than the G I am not sure as I have not looked into it in great detail.

Maintenance is a little more than most cars but the same as anyone who owns an FI vehicle, insurance for me is $40 a month .
