Mac or potato is good... Green salad is usually not a big hit and need too much stuff. Lettuce and dressing is boring...

Veggie tray? I'd make one though vs buying one already made...they seem to be a lot more expensive that way. Just an idea for those that are undecided

An observation from the many BBQs I have been to... green salads, fruit and veggie are almost always rarely touched. Its a shame to see stuff sit there and go to waste. People usually love chips but those are sometimes in over abundance if multiple people bring them. Another idea is to bring some crackers and cheese. That was a hit at a past BBQ. Someone got one of the ready made cheese and salami trays.

BBQ ribs, hamburgers (maybe), hot dogs are the grill items so far. Not sure about the wings. We may need 2 grills unless we stage the food. Should not really cook chicken at the same time. Others can bring some burgers (buns) as well since that was still tenative. ANyone have any carne asada?

If we have the rice, salads, cold pasta salad (most grocery stores have some good ones) we should be good. Egg rolls??

Ice
Cooler
BBQ tools ( I have a set if noone else has any)
Plates Napkins Utinsels

-It may be a possibility that another BBQ grill may be required
I found this to be funny... Noone should be sparking up any J's there. THis cig smokers usually walk over to the parking lot area.
