So I've been trying to go to a meet for once but ended up never being able to make it to any meets so it somehow ended with me planning a new meet. Yes, this will be my first car meet

After talking with a few members on the forum, and with big help from Chris (G35Papa), the location has been decided to be Heather Farm Park in Walnut Creek. I have not been here myself yet but I've read that this location is quite awesome. I believe the parking is free and also lowered-car friendly

This event will be taking on August 21st, 2010 (It is a Saturday). The time? How does Be there by 12:00PM sound?

Rules....I'm not exactly quite sure on which rules we need to exactly have to focus on but I will change this once I find out for sure.

As for the food, I am hoping that everyone who shows up brings some food to contribute towards our meet so that everyone gets a chance to eat

-If you want to bring Alcohol or 420, you may, but, be responsible. There will be at least one family attending so if there are kids, play it safe. If you're going to smoke, walk away to where it's safe to do so.

Alright! The BBQ is tomorrow and it seems like we will need some boneless chicken thighs (bmpnride has seasoning!), Chicken wings, and drinks! So for those who are undecided, here are some options. Looking forward to meeting a lot of new people and checking out some nice rides!


Attention everyone! I just got here and I took the wrong route which. Had super speed bumps that damaged my car . Go to page 8 post 108 by g35papa. He posted a map and special instructions please follow them and not make the same mistake as I did!

 

I'm stoked!! Please let me know if you want me to bring anything to help out. I'm not much of a cook so I'm down to help get drinks, condiments, etc.

Ahah you don't have to be a cook, just bring down anything that we can grill! the food i'm bringing is just going to be marinated and cooked there.

Ahh, I forgot about the ice+plates+napkins+charcoal lol. I only had 2 hours of sleep and tried my best to think of the stuff to bring and i'm just completely lost right now

 

This should be a really fun event. I'm looking forward to this! Great opportunity to meet new members!
