I'm new to the G community and looking for any meets in the NorCal area. I went to the TNT Car wash and the Walnut Creek BBQ, which were both pretty awesome. But does anybody get together and go cruising or hit up a Hooters or just do something weekly???

I'm working on making a monthly meet thing here in Sacramento. Some of the Sac guys here meet up regularly to hang out at random times anyways.

Any suggestions on where we should hold a monthly meet?

 

I'm not to familiar with Sac even though I'm usually out there once a week, I live in the Travis AFB area but I would definitely truck it up to Sac or San Fran to hang out. I know after the TNT car wash me and one of my buds headed over to hooters and had a great time. We even got one of the chicks to come take some pics with the car. I'm pretty much up for anything, especially if some people know of some good places to go or cruise, even if it's meeting up for dinner and a cruise after or vice versa. Maybe a Friday or Saturday thing.

There is a group that meets on Friday nites in Stockton ...

There have been at least 2 attempts at setting up monthly meets in the Roseville area .. one at Lollicup .. the other at Sonic .. neither are on my calendar (yet) as they have been hit-n-miss. As I mentioned .. if I hear about it .. it's in my calendar.

 

Yeah there used to be a decent sized sac crew couple years ago. We would meet up and drive towrards auburn I believe and hit the mountains and stop for lunch before heading back. Would also met up in elk grove a lot and got dinner. Wonder where they all went!!

Norcal2006 same here bro, I was told there are meets in Pleasant Hill around 8pm by the Sun Valley mall / Quickly store. I'm not sure where the quickly shop is but I see 2 right near the Mall on google maps, I'm gonna try that this thursday if anyone else wants to roll up there.

Possibly do a cruise through Sac after dinner. I already know that not ALL dates will be good for EVERYONE, but thats no excuse to not try and get as many people to come out as often as we can. We met at the Wal-Mart right of off Elk Grove Blvd. then take pics and crusie over to Chili's, TGI Fridays.. or something. They would try to go to fast food but my health fanatic wife would be like nooo lets go to a restaurant at least, and being the only female would ger her way lol.

monthly would probably work best... biggest challenge will be getting people to show up consistently.
